1. Service Description
Back to TopNomad Internet provides wireless internet access using third-party network providers. Service performance depends on coverage, congestion, and network conditions.
2. Modem Ownership & Rental Terms
Back to TopAll equipment remains the property of Nomad Internet.
Equipment must be returned upon cancellation, nonpayment, or violation of terms. Failure to return equipment may result in replacement charges.
3. Modem Rental Fees & Additional Fees
Back to TopMonthly rental fees, activation fees, and SIM fees may apply and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee
Back to TopRefunds apply only to eligible subscription charges when returned within 14 days in acceptable condition. Shipping and activation fees are excluded.
5. Cancellation Policy
Back to TopCancellations must be initiated through Nomad Internet customer support. Equipment return is required to avoid additional charges.
6. Replacement Modem
Back to TopReplacement equipment may be issued at Nomad’s discretion. Failure to return defective equipment may result in full charges.
7. Monthly Invoices
Back to TopBilling occurs every 30 days in advance using the payment method on file.
8. Nonpayment
Back to TopNonpayment may result in service suspension, termination, or collections.
9. Debt Collection
Back to TopOutstanding balances may be forwarded to third-party collection agencies.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
Back to TopChargebacks may result in immediate service termination and account review.
11. Rate Changes
Back to TopPricing may change with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Referrals
Back to TopReferral credits are non-transferable and may be modified or revoked.
13. Redress Option
Back to TopComplaints should be submitted to Nomad Internet support channels.
14. Congestion Management
Back to TopNetwork congestion policies are governed by third-party providers.
15. Speed of Service
Back to TopSpeeds are not guaranteed and may vary based on location and usage.
16. Data Limitations
Back to TopData limits and prioritization may apply depending on the service plan.
17. Application-Specific Behavior
Back to TopNomad does not block applications, though providers may manage traffic.
18. Technical Support
Back to TopSupport is limited to Nomad-provided equipment and services.
19. Downtime Credit Practice
Back to TopCredits may be issued for confirmed outages at Nomad’s discretion.

29. Dispute Resolution

30. Nomad SafePay Policy
Back to TopSafePay requires identity verification and stored payment methods. Failure to return equipment authorizes replacement charges.
