Nomad Internet provides wireless internet access using third-party network providers. Service performance depends on coverage, congestion, and network conditions.

2. Modem Ownership & Rental Terms

All equipment remains the property of Nomad Internet.

Equipment must be returned upon cancellation, nonpayment, or violation of terms. Failure to return equipment may result in replacement charges.

3. Modem Rental Fees & Additional Fees

Monthly rental fees, activation fees, and SIM fees may apply and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

Refunds apply only to eligible subscription charges when returned within 14 days in acceptable condition. Shipping and activation fees are excluded.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be initiated through Nomad Internet customer support. Equipment return is required to avoid additional charges.

6. Replacement Modem

Replacement equipment may be issued at Nomad’s discretion. Failure to return defective equipment may result in full charges.

7. Monthly Invoices

Billing occurs every 30 days in advance using the payment method on file.

8. Nonpayment

Nonpayment may result in service suspension, termination, or collections.

9. Debt Collection

Outstanding balances may be forwarded to third-party collection agencies.

Chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and account review.
